Acupuncture & Energy Work
Susie Rosenberger, LAc will provide daily acupuncture and energy work, to keep participants balanced as we move through different internal energies together.
Yoga & Qi Gong
Daily movement will be available to continue the practice of moving from the mental plane into the wisdom of the body.
Therapist Lead Group Consultations
We will have daily therapist led group discussion to help move through some of the challenges we face as parents in this interesting moment politically, socially & collectively. The topic will be focused on cultivating resilience in ourselves, then in our children. Confidence in how we show up as parents is another aspect of this retreat. This confidence comes from checking in with information in our bodies, and also having practical grounded tools and maps to navigate anything that comes our way.
Hiking
There will be free time available to hike the amazing trials located minutes from the retreat property
